๐Ÿ‘‡ Episode Takeaways

Confidence

Dave says that Confidence is one of the most important traits a person can have.

There are three things you need to be confident

  1. courage

  2. conscious choice

  3. consistency

Decide to be confident.

Act with courage.

Be consistent.

Three Kinds of People

Dave shared with me that he thinks there are three kinds of people.

  1. Knowers

  2. Learners

  3. Implementers

Knowers like to know things. They know, and then they stop.

Learners like learning. They learn things, reading books and doing courses. They know so much about everything.

Finally, the implementers. They might not know as much as the knowers or have learned as much as the learners, but they are actually doing what they seek to do.

As Dave said, it's one thing to learn about riding a bike, and quite a different thing to actually get on one and start riding.

Which one are you?

Principles

Dave shared with me the four principles that he lives his life by.

  1. You choose how you think

  2. you choose how you communicate

  3. you have the capacity to change

  4. you can always improve

I love these and will make sure to come back to them.

Which principles do you live your life by?
